Insect Catching
I'm student teaching in a 3rd grade classroom, and the kids are studying insects. I was trying to put together an insect collection to show them as an example for when they have to make their own insect collections. I went outside in the evening. Thirty minutes into my hunt, I had acquired one ant, one rolly pollie, and multiple mosquito bites. As you may know, rolly pollies are not actually insects, so I had to let those two go. I went inside feeling quite unsuccessful.
The following day, we took the third graders outside, gave them jars, and asked them to collect insects. One of them immediately caught a bee. In a jar. With no trouble. Without getting stung.
I clearly have much to learn from these kids.

Thank
you for sharing this article! I really like it! Because of their relatively low
level of writing. After seeing your article, I tried to write some of this
stuff, I published here, such as Coach
Outlet, Coach Outlet Canada
and Coach Bags Outlet. Those
are just a large blog, here there are some small blog site, also released a
number of articles.
